Clutch doesnt dissengage

Post by 3j3j3j »

I adjusted my clutch perch using the nickel method, but even when pulled all the way in, the rear wheel still moves. Is that normal?

If you have it off of the ground - yes. The KDX clutch tends to drag a bit, even when new. I run lighter oil or type F transmission fluid to try and minimize this.

It may to some extent, but all bike clutches have inherent drag and the rear wheel will move when on a stand with engine running. Even my GSXR does it.

For part of my ride it was enough to make the engine die. That combined with my air and idle screws being off
