Well I took the exhaust off to see the cylinder. Do everything sound normal? Does the cylinder need replaced? I have a video and image for you to look at

Does look like some wear on the piston, and maybe some scuffing on the cylinder, but you really can't see much looking in through the exhaust port. If it were me, I'd test the compression. If I was satisfied with the result then I would just keep running it and keeping an eye on the compression. If not, pull the jug to see what's up. Idle sounds pretty normal, but you never got it much above that. If it's just normal KIPS rattle, it should fade out at higher RPM. Piston slap would increase as it revs out. A worn out piston or bore makes a pretty noticeable noise at higher RPM.
