Mine doesn't sound like that, that's for sure. More history info would be helpful.

Have you had the flywheel off yet? Sounds like a loose magnet or piece of magnet maybe, or possible the stator plate has come loose? Pull the flywheel and take a good look.

Is there something wrong with the bike? When you are playing with the flywheel there are a lot of parts moving too, like bearings, connecting rod, piston, clutch basket, water pump, tranny parts and KIPS actuator so at some level is normal to have noise by playing with the flywheel. If there is a problem please be more specific.

Actually looks very good. Went back and relistened to your video, is the bike having issues? You may just be hearing the piston/rod/crank movement in the engine. Easy to pull the jug and make sure that the top end is in order, that would be my next move.

Well it didn't sound like this when I bought it. Do you think there is actually something wrong with the bike such as maybe piston rings, wrist pin, or crank bearings.

It could just be noise from the clutch basket/crank/rod that is normal and you wouldn't hear it with the engine running. Is the bike running okay or have you been having issues?
