cut the very end of the bar off and use a die grinder to smooth out the inside , If you dont have a die grinder use a drill bit .

Some bars have plugs in the end, if you cant pull it out you may be able to drive it further in so the bolt will fit. Or cut the very end off like above. Or get new bars if you want! Having ridden with a set of oversize bars last weekend, I'm now shopping for my next set!

I have Tusk bars and they have many different bends available. I run the YZ/WR bend as they measured out the closest to the factory KDX bar.
