only way to do it if it has off road only title is to to get a frame with on road tile . you will never get a frame that was titled off road titled for street in Florida. Some people have reregistered in another state that is easier and then reregistered it in Florida . if you can find a frame from , prob be from out of state, would be best bet. I know this from personal exp.

in florida dirt bikes after 2002 I think have to titled to be legal. Evan if yo have a 1996 and want to sell it, the state wants to see a title if it is being sold after 2002, Alot of people still sell with bill of salebecuase the bike is old and they never got a title. With out that title ther are some state lands that you can not legaly ride on. Also there are 2 kinds of title for dirt bikes in Florida, off road only and regular. If the frame has an offroad only title you will not get it registered for road use. It is eaiser to build your own small airplane and get it registered.
