IIRC, Im running 45 pilot and 152 main, CEK needle in middle position with similar mods and similar elevation. I think my air screw is backed out 0.5 turns, but every bike is different

0.5??! Mine has to be at least 2.5-3 turns out just to idle.
Here's an update on the 45/155, stock needle. Plug looks better, the bike is much more responsive and crisp throughout the powerband.
