I came up with a decent method for removing stuck bolts and pins when U.S. Chrome  broke the stud off in my brothers cylinder.

I drilled the stud to the correct size for the ez out. I heated the cylinder area around the stud. I got a can of the "duster" used to clean computer equipment, turned it upside down and sprayed the cold propellant into the hole in the stud. I put the ez out in the hole and the stud broke loose.

re: 'FTR A 97 KX500 rear caliper / mounts / brackets / etc are identical to the H models.'

Disclaimer:

An Indonesian caliper, a South African mount, a NZ bracket....identical to an AUSSIE 'H' model.

fer sure!

p.s.
Looks like yer caliper came back with a piece of roo dung stuck in its mouth. More damage?
