KDX200 (2005) Carb tuning

Good day
So I have a kawasaki kdx200 (2005) with a FMF power core 2 silencer and planning on getting the FMF gnarly in the near future.
Mostly ride my bike at 1.3km altitude and temperatures ranging from 15°C to 30°C.
I have cleaned out my carb and everything is running fine.
I have downloaded the manual but they only give a range of settings/options to use not, specific ones.
What jet sizes and adjustments do I need?
