Issue solved, I installed new Boysen reeds and the RB modded carb i got from SteveKDX Palmer it was jetted 150 main and a 40 pilot , After tuning the air screw 2 turns plus a tiny bit, and adjusting float level and needle it is running like never before. Pulls HARD all the way thru power band from bottom to top and the plug chop looks great. This carb really made a big diff.the air screw from RB is awsome when it comes to tuning the carb Thanks to steve for the carb and all the input from you guys, My son is a happy gasser now
