depends on the situation
just about every time I come back from a ride I am on the bike, the trailer is right there and it would just be silly to stop short of the trailer, get off and push it on
What size trailer?

Re: What size trailer?
True, but my trailers don't have built in ramps....or I would

Re: What size trailer?
my trailer has a very interesting set up
instead of having a fold down "tail gate style" ramp like most trailers mine has 2 ramps that are about a foot wide each and slide on a bar so I can put them wherever I want
makes it real nice when only hauling one bike because I can lay them flat in the bed of the trailer and sandwich the rear tire in between them
when im empty both ramps lay in the trailer so it doesn't act as a windbrake
