KDX Project.

I bought a 99 kdx220r for $850 a few months ago. Thing was running bad but felt like everything was in tact. Rejetted the carb and tinkered with the air screw and thing runs great now. I was going to sell it for a little more this spring but I decided to make it a dual sport and keep it for a while.
Things I plan on doing:
upgrading the existing tail light into a brake light
upgrading the stator
adding a horn of some kind.
ordering some tires off amazon
Budget $350 (this includes tires)

I'm looking for the other things but they are so hard to find. can I get some links or suggestions on what I should do on the upgrades?
What kind of tires should I order?
