Hey guys i was wondering if anyone might have a list of all motors that will fit in a 96 kdx 200 and will be easy to incorporate into a build...or if there's a thread already point me in the right direction...also the motors don't have to be kawi motors...just anything that will fit, hook up easily and will still have as much power if not more then a stock kdx 200

I think the only thing that will fit ALL of your criteria will be an H series 200 or a 220 engine.

'95-'06 KDX 200 or 220. Otherwise you'll be doing modifications

An E series motor would go if you dented the H pipe to clear the KIPS mechanism, and didn't mind not running a front head stay. Also need to mod the rear head stay to fit the E head.

Mid-eighties KX 125 motors used the same bottom end as the KDX, so you could always take that backwards step.
