FMF Fatty question

I'm interested in buying a KDX 200 R, anything in particular I need to look out for? Alsowill an FMF fatty that I have installed on a 1992 fit on a 1999?

Look for the usual maintenance and repairs, check the sight glass for water, leaking fork seals are a bad sign.
And NO, the pipes are a lot different. You're going to have to buy one for the new bike.

The H's didn't change at all (other than a little cosmetics) over their entire run, so condition of the bike is more important than age. As 6riders said, fork seals, sight glass are easy indicators. Lower linkage area, chain condition, sprocket wear are easy indicators of the kind of maintenance done (or neglected) as well.

everything looks good, just some piddly things, sprockets are decent but im gonna change em just because, i have a nex rear tire on my 92 KDX, so ill just swap the rear wheels over.
