There is definitely something not right with that shock. Have you checked the nitrogen charge/servicing? Still haven't heard why you changed shocks and where this one came from. All we can do is poke around in the dark without the info. It should NOT sound like that.

Take the shock out and get it serviced it has little compression and rebound it's topping out something is wrong in side and that spring is to soft

Ok so I have been still adjusting and playing with the shock. This time it sounds different but it sounds better, should it sound like this?
Nope. You can make all the adjustments you want on that shock and it won't make any difference. More videos won't help either.
