two tone motor, dark olive

Post by two20R »

So I'm in the garage doing some chores and a friend stops by unexpectedly and says he's taking some car parts to the metal finishing shop.... my 220 top end happens to be sitting on the work bench at the time....he made it too easy to resist...

Search "plating" or "powdercoating" in your area. Seems like around here, plating companies have been regulated out of business. Plenty of powdercoaters though...some with good facilities and decades of experience and some without....

Thank you for sharing.

As for the new look, not quite my cup of tea, but I think it would look cool if the frane were the same color.

Very cool Two20R.

FYI guys I do powercoating (as hobby). If you don't have it in your area I would be glad to help. Have just about any color you could think of. Metal flakes , prizms , translucents , gloss , flat , semi's ect...
