Pictures of Oversize Tank?
Does anyone have pictures of their oversize tank? I'm looking at the Clarke model at the moment.

The clark is the better looking tank IMO. I have the other one (brand is slipping my mind) and it uses it's own rad shrouds, FUGLY! The clark is just a bigger tank, uses the stock shrouds, you can barely tell that it's aftermarket.

Re: Pictures of Oversize Tank?
purple tank is stock
white is Clarke oversized tank
the other one 6 rides refers to is IMS I believe, ugly, but cheaper (because on one wants them because they are ugly) and if I remember correctly even a tad larger then Clarke
green is stock

Thanks! I'll probably go with the Clarke. Do you know about compatibility with a fork swap? I know on my CRF230 that the Clarke tank didn't work with the XR250 forks I swapped on there.

not sure if the tank is to blame or if it is the wider top end of the USD forks
as you might know with the USD fork swap you will get a little interference between the tank and tubes even with a stock tank

Yes, I was referring to the IMS tamk. It is somewhere in the area of 4 gallons. I did the fork swap, but haven't tried fitting the IMS tank to the bike since doing that.
