Sand could have been your starting issue. Doesn't take much to plug the pilot jet and make a bike not want to start. The oil/gas behind the stator is a completely different matter though.

So for now she is fixed! She starts right up and runs great! Turned out to be the sand in the inner working of the car that did it.

Yeah that's what I figured but after riding it for 30mins there is no oil or gas behind there like there would of been before. Once I get my flywheel removal tool i will take off the flywheel and inspect the seal behind there.
