Can anyone tell me where to get them & ship them fast?

Well, Ebay or online (i.e.: Motosport, Rocky Mountain, etc) is going to be cheapest and fastest (unless your LMS has them on the shelf). Keep in mind that the linkage bearing kit is 3 pairs of bearings (frame pivot, linkage dogbone pivot, swingarm dogbone pivot). The other hole in the linkage is the lower shock bearing which is a separate item. And if you're doing all the linkage you should do the upper shock bearing as well. All Balls has a linkage bearing kit that has all of them for about $80 USD online

heat gun and vise is what I use. Drop the bearings in the freezer for an hour, heat up the link with the heat gun and the bearing will slide in like butter, use a vise and some sockets to set them to the proper depth. If you have no vise, a threaded rod with washers and nuts will work as well.
