yes they are also called dual stage power reeds. and I have looked at the pc pipes. the pc pipes on both the platinum II and the platinum have both higher rpm than their competitor pcII is higher than woods lower than desert. pc is higher than desert. but beware I do not know how they react on the 220 since it was designed for the 200. that has been what I was told

Send me your address in a PM and I'll send it off this weekend. I might even clean it up a bit. It has a e-line carbon fiber pipe guard on it as well.Indawoods wrote:So SKI... that Fatty is like the Desert? If so... I wouldn't mind trying it out. CC thinks I shoulda had one already but I really like my "woods pipe that was supposed to be a desert pipe"

Inda - When you get the other pipe and IF its really different than your current pipe (torque profile vs woods profile), give the DEK-4 another shot. I'm curious if your current pipe being designed for the low end is choking off the 3/8ths up performance benefits of the DEK profile. I still think you'll like the CEK more for the riding conditions that you have out there in the midwest but I'm interested if the rev pipe changes your impression of the DEK.
