Polymer Skid Plate?
Is ther a polymer/plastic skid plate available for the KDX? Specifically a 2006 KDX 200. I have been running an Acerbis on my Honda 250x and must admit I like it better than the metal skid plates.

Polymer Skid Plate?
Hyde Racing? There is a current post about skid plates and I think there is a link to the plastic one. I have an aluminum skid plate and from the way it is "custom" fit to the bike I have doubts about a plastic skid plate.

Re: Polymer Skid Plate?
Noise was the big issue with the CRF. Metal amplified an already noisey engine! Drove me nuts.
We do ride very rocky terrain around here. Maybe metal would be the better choice for the KDX. Ricochet Racing, Moose,Enduro Engineering, MSR? Who makes the cleanest looking, best fitting, and bulletproof skid plate?
Opinions ???
(FWIW - The Acerbis performed incredibly well on the Honda. It only mounts with one bolt, so removal for service is a snap!)
