Anyone have an airbox lid for an 02 200?
Does anyone have an airbox lid for an 02 200 they'd part with? Mine wasn't on my bike, and my air filter gets soaking wet if I sneeze near my bike. I'd like to have the option to reinstall it if I can. Thanks!

I've never seen an air filter get wet this easily! I avoid mud and water most of the time, but even a quick mudhole will leave water on my filter. It's frustrating!B737driver wrote:Used mine in a pinch for a frisbee Gone forever and now it breathes.

make sure the rest of your airbox is sealed up properly, the drain is working and has the little rubber dangly thing on it, and you dont have a hole through the rear fender or something else glaring like that. I run the hybrid with the MX airbox (which is in no way air or water tight) and routinely cross deep water (over the swingarm) and never have issues. If I find the lid it's yours for the cost of shipping. Should get over there tonight after work

Sounds good. I'm waterproofing the airbox as I type this:)bufftester wrote:make sure the rest of your airbox is sealed up properly, the drain is working and has the little rubber dangly thing on it, and you dont have a hole through the rear fender or something else glaring like that. Unless bufftester really wants to give you his, shoot me your address/info and I will try to get mine in the mail for you. Is there any hardware to mount the lid? If so I am missing mine, but I have the snorkel for it.

Awesome! I wish you'd let me pay you shipping though. If you change your mind send me a pm. Thanks! I guess this Is karma: I saw a lady drop $200 out of her pocket today, and I literally chased her car on my 4 wheeler to give it back. Not even a thank you did I receive, but I never once thought about keeping it!rsr02 wrote:In the mail, should be there soon.

I just made a donation in rsr02's username. If I did it right he should be credited and his account adjusted for it. Thanks!diymirage wrote:for what its worth, im sure you could do it in his name so he gets the privileges from itroyadams wrote:You could always make a donation to keep the site going.

It took a day for my account to change after I donated. By tomorrow you should have access to your gallery and whatnot. Thanks!rsr02 wrote:"I just made a donation in rsr02's username."
