The only bikes listed on http://www.ufoplastic-usa.com are for the KX125/250, they don't specify the years if that matters or not. The part number listed are Front Fender: 12-111 (doesn't specify narrow/wide/etc.).

Color codes:
Green: 22
Neon Green: 36
White: 29
Black: 23

Thanks for the help. Their USA site isn't too helpful, and I can not figure out (even through an Italian - English online dictionary) what all the Italian words are on their site on the PDF files showing various years. Maybe between this site and the Italian site, I can put it together.

Thanks, karbon_dunn!

There is pictures in the gallery of mine. Mine is a UFO and the packaging said for 99-02 KX 125-250's. I had to drill the fender holes slightly larger to accept the KDX inserts.

Every key press on the keypad emits a 110db chirp.

KA02755021 is the lime green, narrow, front fender.

KA02700021 is the lime green, wider, front fender.

To me, "narrow" means 1995 and newer KDX style. My C and E models came with a wider fender than the 1995 and newer models.
