I don't know, but the inner tube diameter on the KDX250 is 38mm and the KDX200 is 43mm. The fork travel may be a little longer on the KDX200 also.

I have had great success with Daystar brand fork boots, model 69.

Jason,
Thanks for the response and the link! Those are by far the cheapest *New* fork boots ive seen. How do you think the material holds up compared to the OEM rubber boots? How long have you had them? Any problems with weathering/cracking/tearing? Again, I appreciate all your input and information. Thank you.

The ones I have experience with were great. Their website does not look like much, but don't let that fool you. Back when more bikes had conventional design forks, they were a great option.

Here's an old picture of my 1987 KDX200 with Daystar brand boots. If I had to buy new boots, I would definitely get some more Daystars.

When my boots started cracking and falling apart I just picked up some Shock Sox. They install in about 5 minutes. You don't have to pull the forks and they do a good job of keeping the crud out. I take mine off after every couple of muddy rides and wash them and strap them back on. Velcro is a wonderful thing.
