KLX250 SM Wheels on a KDX220?

Anyone ever try and fit a set of 2009 KLX250 Supermoto wheels on a KDX?

from having a quick google it would seem they have the same axle sizes as the kdx, but the rear klx wheel uses a 240mm disc compared to the kdx,s 220mm. and the klx sf front wheel has a 300mm disc! compared to the kdx's 250mm.
spacing may be slightly different, but easy to sort out.
you may be able to get a 220mm rear disc to suit the klx bolt pattern? or even see if you can use the klx rear carrier/caliper?
you would have to get some kind of adaptor for the front brake caliper.
