Solution to front wheel question

Well I guess I miss measured the offset when I relaced the front wheel. You know, I cut it off three times and it was still too short.
Today I basically started all over, loosened all the spokes and laid the wheel down to let the hub move to the desired position.
That's probably where I messed up last time. And I will say that during the truing process I did find that the rim likes to center itself to the brake side. I had to start over twice before getting the proper offset.
Anyway, all is well, the wheel is centered between the fork as it is supposed to be!
