Hi guys. Can anyone tell me where to find a high output lighting coil for my 220? Thanks.

If you want.to go the easy route and buy one, steahly offroad has them.

New ones run around $80, and are 22AWG (about 65W). You can get a 1/2lb roll of 18AWG magnet wire for less than $10 and rewind it and end up with closer to 80W with about an hours worth of work. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be too.

what Greg said ;)
just be sure you sand down the edges before you solder it

as a mather of fact, i have the comunity spool of magnet wire laying in the garage
let me know where to send it and i will get it out to you next week

Thanks man, I appreciate it. But for the cost of shipping, you might better just keep it. I found a place on ebay where I can order a 1/2 pound of 18ga shipped to my house for a total cost of about $12. Well worth it to me. Thanks anyway.
