Torque Specs Needed

Hi Gang,
Does anyone know the proper torque specs for:
1. Front Axle.
2. Front Axle Pinch Bolts.
3. Rear Axle.
What is the proper procedure for installing the front wheel?
Install axle, tighten slightly, cycle fork, tighten axle then the pinch bolts?
