2 stroke motors are fascinating. How something can be so simple yet complex at the same time is really neat.
That's a cool article too. Learned some new stuff.

Check out the old school 2 stroke Detroit Diesels. With them you can, if your careful remove a side cover and watch the piston go up and down while it is running.
