KDX 250 1992 Front Wheel Speedo Spacer

Great job here guys....
I picked up an 92 KDX 250 with a 6 X 4 trailer for $800.
I'm doing a general clean up and I'd like to get rid of the speedo. What type of spacers can be used? I saw some posted refered to a "Zeta speedo drive canceller" is there a specific size part or model number I should be using?

Hi if you have acess to a lathe you could just make a spacer. When I bought my kdx200 the front axle was missing a spacer inbetween the left fork and bearing (non speedo drive side) so I took in a piece of galv steel tube and made one.

My 97 220 is missing the odometer and cable, but still has the drive gearbox. For now, I just stuck a hardware store rubber stopper in the cable hole. Eventually I will make an aluminum spacer cap with lip seal, but for now the stopper mod will have to do. Got too much other stuff to do to get it running again.

Thanks for the advice guys. Short term I'll leave the drive gearbox in place.

i paid 400 flr my 5X8 trailer and 800 plus trade in for my KDX
do you have a introduction post with pics up allready?
if not, show me some pictures :)
