FMF pipe with stock silencer

My 00 200 came with a full FMF,but I dont care for the silencer I would rather have the quiter stock unit.
Will the Stock silncer still work with FMF pipe?

i recently ran the O.E silencer on my 220 (with the fmf header pipe) while i welded a crack in the FMF silencer & must say the bike lacked in top end pull & didnt have the mid range hit either...sure it was quiet ,but it also weighed a ton too...if your fmf silencer is too loud for you then perhaps it just needs re-packing?
