Hi. Two problems.
(1) When the engine is off and tranny is in first gear, pulling the clutch lever back does not unlock the rear wheel. This happen worst when engine cold. When engine is hot, the wheel moves but there's a lot of resistence. I have to shift to neutral before pushing the bike around. Clutch cable is adjusted properly. Is it normal for KDX?
(2) The clutch is slipping intermitently. I'm using ATF Type F. I wonder if this is related to (1).

Tranny tightness and slippage
#1 This is completely normal for most bikes. But it might be worth checking the clutch arm angle after fixing #2.
#2 That could be caused by a "notched" or groved clutch basket causing the plates to hang up. If you pull the clutch cover off take a look at the basket where the tabs of the clutch plates sit and see what kind of groves are there. Or the clutch could be spent.
