Hey folks, its been a while since I have been on. Needs some help...taking the rear tire tomorrow to have a new one put on...thinking of upgrading to a slight bigger tire 110/100/18....Will this fit without causing any problems. currently factory tire size is on 100/100/18....thanks for any quick responces that can come my way//

I can't say for sure but if you do some looking around the rear tire and the swing arm you should be able to see if the larger size will fit.

100 (the tread is 100 mm wide) X 100 (this is the percentage of the tread width that makes up the side wall height, in this case 100mm) X 18 (the rim diameter)

So if you were to swap to a 110X100X18 it would be 110mm wide and 110mm tall. That would amount to 5mm taller or closer to the yoke of the swing arm and 5mm closer to each side of the swing arm.

This small of a size change could be seen on the same size tire from two different manufactures.

In the past, Jeff Fredette recommended changin to a 47 tooth rear sprocket to make room for the larger tire. It may be a very tight fit, as is.
