How do identify which carb I have on my 220r
the only way to identify is to remove the carb & measure the INNER diameter (where it mounts to reed block side) a 200 is 35mm a 220 is 33mm ...jetting will vary depending on how the bike is set up ..std 200 carb ( jetting ) is very rich on the 220 i run a 42 pilot & 155 main, the needle is that from my 220 2nd clip from the top...if the 200 carb is off an older model 1988-1994 the slide will have a leaner *6 cutaway.

the carbs are identical to look at...there is no I.D numbers on either.. they are bored different, again 33mm or 35mm is the only way to know.

Re: How do identify which carb I have on my 220r
best way to do it is use a site like photobucket
you just make an account and upload the pictures
(i use the wifes phone and email it directly to the site)
then it makes up a link you can post and it will look like the actual photo
