Whats the best way to clean the inside of the radiator at home?

not an expert here but i would imagine taking it off the bike and giving it a good once over with a pressure washer
iether that or take it into the shower with you

The inside of the rad not the outside. I was reading that people were using a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water and let them soak and it takes alot of the gunk out of the inside.
