Yeah most parts stores carry them. Check rocky mountain ATV, I know they have them.

rock mountain has asv levers but not a front one for the kdx.

Am I safe to assume if it fits the kdx200, then it fits the 220? because both of those links dont have the 220 in the drop down menu!

For the most part, the only parts that aren't interchangeable between the KDX 200, and KDX 220, are the cylinder and piston.

Other than the cylinder and related parts the 200 and 220 are basically the same.
