Torque specs for front end?

Sorry guys I hate to ask this but the manual I have on order doesn't show up until next week and I have a ride to do this weekend.
I just put new springs in the fork and need to bolt it back on the bike. Can anyone share with me the torque specs for the axle, axle pinch bolts, and upper and lower pinch bolts for the triple trees?
