My rear caliper moves back and forth, on the disc. I have briefly inspected it, and didn't see the problem. Suppose i will take the rear wheel off tomorrow and inspect further.

Just wondered if anyone else had this happen...

The caliper floats so it should move back and forth sideways. Do the brakes work?

Yes, the brakes work fine. I don't think it should move this much though. It hits on the swingarm through bumps, never heard that sound before...
