Gopro videos

How would I be able to post gopro vids from my desktop? 
You can't. You'll need to upload them to someplace like Youtube, Vimeo (my preferred choice), Photobucket, etc.
If you use Youtube, upload them there, then copy the link, use the Youtube tag button in the post menu, paste the link into it, and submit! For others you'll just post the link itself and people can click on it to watch your vid.
