If I had $$ just to spend, I would buy it ... if even to just use as a seat in my livingroom!

That is cool.

I've always wanted a Yam BW350 and almost bought one for $800 five years ago...... should have done it, knowing what I do now.

But, that conversion is SWEET!

Yeah, cool idea. If you're building something to sell though, I'd think you could do better than a spray painted frame and worn out plastics and graphics along with a healthy dose of grime.

it's kinda cool but i really fail to see the point.

The point would be that it is easy for smaller riders to ride and that it would be great for general dune riding.

i kinda understand the dune riding (a 200 would be very weak for that purpose imho)
Seems like a lot of expenses to go thru when u can just get a lowering kit if you are of the very short type...
+ i bet it weights a ton...

You couldn't pop much of a wheelie with those BW and Fatcats, but boy, they certainly would climb a side of a tree.

I had a Fatcat 80 for a while when I was a kid. It was a fun bike, actually. I definitely preferred the CR80 that I got to ride for a while, or even my XR80. Either one would stomp it as far as speed, but the fatcat was like a little tank. You just couldn't stop that thing.

I don't think the question should be "why" but "why not?" A lot of people think a KDX/KX hybrid is a waste of time and money but others love them.

I'm not saying it would be my first choice if I could only have one bike but I bet it would be a blast to play on.

And ya, if your trying to make something to sell than you should probably stay away from the spray paint and spend a little more time with the pressure washer.
