91 KDX 250 in KX frame

What would be gained in transplanting a 91 KDX 250 engine in either a 2000 or 93 KX full roller frame?
The first thing would be a significant weight reduction. Somewhere around 30 to 40 pounds. Second, you will have a better handling chassis. Third, easier to find chassis/body parts. Fourth, if you go with a '90 or newer chassis, much better suspension components.
All of that is what convinced me to put mine in a newer chassis.
