I just checked out your gallery--looks like most everything is there. In fact, it looks almost exactly like my 1987 did two months ago when I grabbed it off CL. I just spent a bunch of time getting mine together yesterday, and I'm just waiting on an air filter to test fire it. The hardest part, I think will be replacing the spherical bearings in the Uni Trak push rod, as well as the bolts that go through them. I've had no luck so far ordering OEM. Probably will have to get something similar from a bearing house.

1987 KDX 200 rebuild
decided id start tearing into the bike today.. and i found out why it was parked 15 years ago. it was dumped into a lake or river or something. the oil is mixed with water. just about every wire is corroded in some way, and alot of the bike(as you can see from some of the pics) is rusted. but i got most of it apart today. the only thing rlly left to do is take the motor out and label as much as i can. and hopefully i can get it sanded and prepped for paint before i leave for vacation for 2 weeks. we'll see how it goes

You can upload to a site like Photobucket, and then use the image codes when posting to imbedded the picture in your post.

1987 KDX 200 rebuild
I've just finished the chassis on my 1987 and I installed a rear disk and USD front end. Contrary to what others might think, I could not stand the drum brakes on the bikes I owned in the past (86,88). I raced and rode them hard, and the shoes wore quickly and then would lock (the cam over-centers) and once the drum is scored up, what do you do other than a major machine-shop operation to replace it? If you want performance, disk is the only way to go.
Anyhoo, I used a 2001 KX125 rear wheel as it shares the same hub, axle size and disk brake diameter as the H model KDX, and used the H model KDX rear disk ass'y. I went with a yamaha master cyl with integrated master cyl so I didn't have to worry about a separate master cyl mount and a guard.

I don't have a picture hosting site, but if someone here does, I'd be glad to email some pictures to them. PM me if anyone is interested.
