Tazmanian, if you don't mind me asking, do you know how many millimeters of preload you are running now?
Also, what year and model bike do you have?
Thanks!

I have a 2004 KDX 220 it has about 5mm of preload also I'm using Mobile 1 ATF for fork oil at 100mm measurement. I have done many mods on my bike since January 2005 when I purchased it. The springs should have been one of the first. I guess I will install a new piston next before I have any problems.
