I have had one for about three years. Works great. Lessens clutch pull some but is virtually maintence and very reliable. if you plan on keeping the bike for awhile I would recommend.
WR sold. Now have 03 and 04 KDX 220s.
KXF 250 forks. RB Carb and Head. FMF rev pipe. Long live the KDX !!!

Why? Hydraulic systems are more expensive to repair if they are damaged or wear out. The KDX has a light clutch pull to begin with and I've put several hundred hours on bikes without ever changing a clutch cable. My son's honda has a hydraulic clutch that has begun to leak fluid past the piston seals. What a pain in the ass!

I've apriciated them on a couple of my big four strokes and never had any problems. The pull is so light on the KDX it wouldn't be much of an improvement though.

Going to be tough, with Wibbens around....

As for the magura. Nice to have, maybe not worth the investment for the KDX since the clutch pull is pretty light already.

over here in the U.K a magura clutch retails for around £250-£280 thats around $430 of your U.S dollars!...i am able to purchace a new & boxed (old stock) item for £130 so you can see the appeal for me to buy it at that price
