hi can anyone help i have a 93 (i think) kdx 250, the manual wiring diagram bears no resemblance to the wiring on the bike, which is in a mess, there are empty block connectors all over the place.
I wanted to do away with the ignitiion switch and fit a kill switch as the kill switch is missing.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram? for one of these ?, i found a kdx 200 one that i tried to use as some sort of guide, but this is different also.
The ignition switch has 5 wires to it three black and white, a brown and a white-any suggestions?

I take it this is an SR model? Lights and speedo and blinkers?

Several guys on here have that model. Patience.

I had a '91 KDX250 (non-SR model). Here is a pic of the wiring diagram I had. Yours will probably be different if it has blinkers and a brake light, but hopefully this will help you a bit.

thanks guys, think its an sr model there are connectors all over the place see pictures, and wires cut or connected to a different color.
was beginning to think that it was a different harness, but it all bolts on where it should, and now I loosely put the harness on and connected everything up-connected all the earths...but no spark, getting desperate
