h-series to e-series upper tripple swap for tall rider

Anyone know if this is a straight swap to get my bars further and higher from me?

How did the stockers hold up to you before you swapped. The difference was large I'm sure but for a novice can I just get away with springs and risers? I'm about 200 with gear on
