Will these shrouds fit?

I found some brand new UFO KDX shrouds on CL. They are for a 90-94 KDX. Will they fit my 2001 KDX 200 H?
The seller also has brand new fenders and twin headlight assembly. All UFO stuff. They were purchased for a 94 KDX that never got built. Will this stuff fit?
