Anyone know how much oil goes in?

You don't fill them by volume, you fill them by oil level from the top of the tubes.

With the springs removed and the tubes completely collapsed, fill them to about 50mm from the top. Now slowly move the tubes up and down several times to be sure the tubes are filled with oil. Then pump the damper rod up and down until you can no longer hear any air being pushed through the valving. Now add or subtract oil as needed to set the level at 100mm from the top of the tubes. That is a good starting point.

Once the forks are back on the bike, test them. If they bottom too easily, add oil in 5mm increments until the bottoming stops.If the forks feel harsh in the midstroke, subtract oil in 5mm increments until it feels right.
