What carb? 1985 KDX200

My co-worker gave me a free 85 KDX 200
But I can't get the damned thing to run! It has spark and 150+PSI of compression. It seems the motor is being flooded with fuel.
The carb does not seem original, I measured the bore on the engine side and it is 38mm and a member from another forum believes this bike is supposed to have a 32mm carb.
Can anyone here tell me what is the proper carb?
