I try installing a used desert pipe in good shape on my 220. But went installed..i realised that the end of de pipe touch the rear spring and the silencier is not parallele with the rear fender.??
I don'T know if i need to bend de pipe or the silencer.. ( the silencer is a powercore 2)
Can somebody send me some pictures of there pipe on different angle please .

I have a desert pipe on my KDX 220 and I noticed it rubbing on the shock spring when I put my silencer back on after repacking it. I noticed the rear fender wasn't quite centered over the tire so I loosened the side stay bolts and that allowed the sub frame to relax enough to center the fender. That moved the silencer over slightly and gave a little clearance on the spring. I then loosened all the exhaust mounting bolts and moved the pipe to allow a little more clearance before I tightened all the bolts. Now my pipe has plenty of room without hitting the shock spring.
