I talked with Kevin at Warp 9 today. During our conversation I mentioned that the rim was actually for a KDX and not a KX500. He was surprised to hear that they shared the same rear hub. I explained that I knew the E series shared the same hub but wasn't sure about the H series. He said he gets calls from KDX owners asking about rims/wheels but he doesn't know what interchanges. So, I told him I would bring it up here at the KDXrider forums and try to get some more info about it and pass it along to him.
I started looking at Ron Ayers' website trying to make sense of it all. This is what I have so far...
41034-1205 fits:
89-94 KDX200
89-96 KX500
90-96 KX250
91-95 KX125
41034-1184 fits:
89-91 KDX200
89-91 KX500
89 KX125
89 KX250
41034-1216 fits:
95-06 KDX200
97-06 KDX220
91-94 KDX250
96-07 KLX250
97-07 KLX300
Now, I notice that 41034-1205 and 41034-1184 overlap. There isn't anything saying that 41034-1205 supersedes 41034-1184 so I'm confused? If you guys can help sort this out I would appreciate it.
I think trying to cross reference the KDX front hub would be an exercise in futility so I'm not going to try. The only way we can do it is to actually measure the KDX front hub, measure KX front hubs, and then compare.
Rims... I haven't dived in on that one yet. If anyone wants to try to figure it out, please, be my guest! Any info or insight into this would be great and is strongly encouraged!

I have done a 2006 KDX200 H series fork swap with my E series 1993 KDX200 but using back the E hub.
Then I bought a 2000 KLX 300 front axle for the new swap. Hence KLX 300 and H series KDX 200 share the same front axle, hence the front hub should be the same too.
1998 KLX250 interchange with my KDX200 E series rear hub.
Hope this help.

dunno if it's relevant or not but my KDX rear hub interchanges with the hub of 01 and 02 KX 125 if you use the correct spacer.
